Cancellation Policy
LATE ARRIVALS It is best to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you arrive later than the scheduled start time, we still have to end your treatment at the scheduled end time. Please keep in mind that you will be charged the full cost of the initial scheduled appointment. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for rescheduling appointments; 48-hours notice is required to cancel. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the forfeiture of your paid deposit.
